Incredible bit of heat, but again, love how Yellowbird retains the additional flavors. That little bit of sweetness really makes this a fantastic add to a dinner.

I have been extremely happy with the Yellowbird sauces I have tried, so when I heard about the Plum Reaper, I had to try it. At first glance you may be worried about the heat from the Reapers, but the plum is a nice balance and keeps it enjoyable. It has a nice kick at the front, and has a nice, slow burn as you enjoy more it. All in all, I would say it is a great, well rounded sauce that can be enjoyed on almost anything.

This is probably my favorite flavor you all produce. I practically drink the blue agave sriracha- it’s such a mild and friendly flavor that goes on anything. When I want a punched up heat experience, I go for the plum reaper!!! I’ve already gone through two bottles in as many weeks. I hope it stays on as a permanent flavor! It is EXCELLENT!!!! It’s definitely in my top 3
Favorite hot sauces of all time. Be aware though, the viscosity is a little more runny than other flavors, so be careful if you have baby mouth!

I put this on everything: tacos, wings, bbq, dressings, marinades, soups. It's my go to sauce. Every time it comes back in stock, I stock up. Have gifted it to many friends and family who all love it too. Such a great hot sauce.

I was a little curious about this sauce, description sounded interesting. I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised with how well the plum & reaper pepper worked. My wife isn't a big fan of spicy BUT enjoyed it so much I'm glad I purchased more than one... I'm a fan Yellobird, keep up the good & tasty work!
