I was introduced to Yellow Bird at Egg Posh in Frisco. The Jalapeno is so much better than Tabasco and Cholula. I love that it is vegetable forward and not vinergary. I bought 24 small bottles to take to Europe in November and give to crew on the Viking River Cruise Ship, and of course to use on my eggs in the morning. I have introduced Yellow Bird to my neighbor and niece, both love it!

Finding something with great flavor and the perfect amount of heat is tough. Someone bought this for our bachelor party house and I was hooked (also the habanero). This is the sauce I put on everything now. So so good
