Yellowbird is a big hit at the office. Something about these sauces feel like they were made for us. Sometimes vinegar based sauces can be overwhelming but these weren’t overwhelming. Great variety in both heat and flavor dimensions, they won’t last long.

I bought a single bottle of the Serrano on a whim, I liked the packaging actually, but what was inside the packaging was better than I ever could hav imagined. This is a "I squeeze some out on every single bite" type of sauce for me. I wanted to try more of them. I have not broken into the sampler yet, but that is going to be my holiday gift to myself--- trying each of these classic organic Yellowbird sauces.

I was recently in the US and my wife tasted your organic lime, garlic and date blend. I searched in Dayton, Ohio but was unable to find any, just the blue agave. I thought that I ordered the date blend, but instead I received the organic garlic, cucumber and lime. She likes it, but I am not a cucumber fan, so while it tastes great to her, it is not my flavour. I am travelling back to the US today (Florida for a week) so I will look in the local grocery stores to see if I can find some!! Keep making great sauces!!
