I bought three sauces: the plum reaper, strawberry ginger, and garlic shiitake.

I liked the plum reaper by far the most, it was great and I used it a bunch.

I originally tried the jalapeño one and that’s the one that got me hooked on yellow bird.

Only feedback I have regarding plum reaper is that I wish it was a bit less spicy.

The flavor is really good but some of my friends couldn’t handle the heat, that’s why they would usually go for the jalapeño instead which is in my opinion has the perfect balance between spicy and taste.

I really love the yellow bird brand and will continue purchasing your sauces!

Would love to continue and try more sauces and give my opinion!

I have been extremely happy with the Yellowbird sauces I have tried, so when I heard about the Plum Reaper, I had to try it. At first glance you may be worried about the heat from the Reapers, but the plum is a nice balance and keeps it enjoyable. It has a nice kick at the front, and has a nice, slow burn as you enjoy more it. All in all, I would say it is a great, well rounded sauce that can be enjoyed on almost anything.
