Sriracha Cucumber Salad

As a wise person once said, sometimes you need to eat an entire cucumber (thanks, @logagm). Naturally, we made ours with Yellowbird Sriracha.

Toss everything in the container and shake, shake, shake!

Thin slices of cuke, a zesty bath of lime juice, soy sauce, and honey, and then—boom—our Blue Agave Sriracha makes it *chef’s kiss*.

Throw it all in the container and shake it like you mean it.

Prep Time: 5 min

Cook Time: 0 min

Servings: 1 (2 if you wanna share)

  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Yellowbird Blue Agave Sriracha
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Carefully slice cucumber on a mandolin and transfer to a deli container.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to deli container.
  3. Place lid on the deli container and shake until ingredients are well combined and all cucumber slices are covered.
  4. If you’re feeling patient, allow to marinate 'n chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
  5. Ready to eat? Drizzle extra Sriracha for extra flavor.
