Jalapeño Bloody Mary

Welcome to the Bloody Mary of your wildest dreams—featuring Yellowbird, obviously. Mix it, sip it, and let us know how it feels to drink something that has just the right amount of "yeehaw" in every glass. You're welcome, brunch.

This spicy little number is the perfect way to bring the flavor to brunch, thanks to a bold splash of our Jalapeño Hot Sauce. And did we mention the Jalapeño-drenched wing skewer? Yeah, we went there.

Prep Time: 5-15 min

Cook Time: 0 min (if you’re using pre-cooked wings)

Servings: 6

Here’s what you’ll need:

For the Bloody Mary Pitcher:

  • 46 oz tomato juice
  • 3 cups vodka (we like Tito’s)
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp cocktail sauce
  • A heavy drizzle of Yellowbird Jalapeño Hot Sauce
  • 2 tsp celery salt
  • Ice (ice, baby)

For the Jalapeño Wing Skewers:
Optional, but highly recommended.

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in your favorite serving pitcher.
  2. Toss plain wings in Yellowbird Jalapeño Hot Sauce.
  3. Assemble skewers in the following order: stuffed olive first, Jalapeño wing second, and peperoncino last.
  4. Pour Spicy Bloody Mary over ice and top with Jalapeño wing skewer.
Need more Bird? Add an extra drizzle of Yellowbird Jalapeño Hot Sauce to the skewer!
