Here’s What You’ll Need:
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- Juice of 1 fresh orange
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 cup Yellowbird Plum Reaper Hot Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, orange juice, water, cinnamon stick, cloves, and Yellowbird Plum Reaper Hot Sauce.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer, uncovered, for 15–20 minutes, stirring frequently, until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before serving. The sauce will thicken more as it cools.
