Here’s What You’ll Need:
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Yellowbird Garlic Shiitake Hot Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Whole grain mustard
- 1 head of savoy cabbage, cut into 2” wedges
- 4-6 Bratwurst sausage links, quartered crosswise
- Torn dill, for garnish
Instructions:
- Set oven to broil and allow to pre-heat.
- While the oven is heating, cut cabbage into 2” thick wedges.
- Whisk Yellowbird Garlic Shiitake Hot Sauce, whole grain mustard, mayonnaise, and 1 Tbsp. olive oil in a bowl to combine. Rub mixture over cabbage wedges, working between leaves.
- Place Bratwurst and cabbage on foil-lined baking sheet and broil, turning halfway through, until brats are browned and cabbage is tender and slightly charred, about 10-15 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving dish (or plate it directly) and garnish with fresh dill.
- Serve with your favorite toasted buns (we like brioche!), or over simple roasted red potatoes.
- Drizzle with more Garlic Shiitake before serving for extra fiery flavor.
