Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 tube of crescent rolls
- 1 package cocktail sausages
- Yellowbird Classic Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp everything seasoning
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to crescent roll packaging instructions.
- Open crescent rolls and divide each pre-cut triangle into thirds, making three mini triangles.
- Drizzle Yellowbird Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce on each mini crescent roll.
- Place one cocktail sausage at the head of the triangle and roll it up. Repeat until all roll ups completed.
- Beat egg in a small bowl and add egg wash to the top of each roll up.
- Sprinkle a pinch of everything seasoning to each top.
- Bake according to crescent roll packaging instructions.
- Serve with an extra drizzle (or dipping bowl) of Yellowbird Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce for extra spice!
