Ghost Pepper Pigs in a Blanket

These smoky, spicy, savory mini appetizers are an easy crowd pleaser for game day gatherings.

Smoky. Spicy. Pig-in-a-blankety. These bite-sized appetizers are tiny-but-mighty with everything bagel seasoning and our Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce. 

Prep Time: 10 min

Cook Time: 10-15 min

Servings: 6-8

Here’s what you’ll need:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to crescent roll packaging instructions.
  2. Open crescent rolls and divide each pre-cut triangle into thirds, making three mini triangles.
  3. Drizzle Yellowbird Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce on each mini crescent roll.
  4. Place one cocktail sausage at the head of the triangle and roll it up. Repeat until all roll ups completed.
  5. Beat egg in a small bowl and add egg wash to the top of each roll up.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of everything seasoning to each top.
  7. Bake according to crescent roll packaging instructions.
  8. Serve with an extra drizzle (or dipping bowl) of Yellowbird Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce for extra spice!
