Here’s what you’ll need:
- 4 peaches
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Yellowbird Habanero Hot Sauce (we used Organic here, Classic works, too!)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup Habanero Honey Granola (crumble works, too!)
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- Eggs, per box mix instructions
- Water, per box mix instructions
- Vegetable oil, per box mix instructions
- Vanilla ice cream, to serve
- Honey, for drizzling
Instructions:
- Peel and dice peaches.
- Combine diced peaches, maple syrup, Yellowbird Organic Habanero Hot Sauce, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
- Prepare boxed cake mix in a separate mixing bowl according to packaging instructions.
- Add spiced peach mixture to a 9”x13” baking pan and top with cake batter.
- Top with crumble or Yellowbird Habanero Honey Granola.
- Bake according to cake packaging instructions.
- Top with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of honey to serve.
