For the Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Yellowbird Plum Reaper Small Batch Hot Sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients to combine.
For the Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups roughly chopped kale
- 1/4 cup brussel sprouts
- 1/2 cup cubed roasted sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp crumbled goat cheese
- 1/8 cup diced fresh plum
Instructions:
- Assemble all produce and goat cheese in a large bowl.
- Drizzle Plum Reaper Vinaigrette to taste.
- Toss to combine.
