Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 1 slice thick-cut sourdough, toasted
  • 1/8 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp butter or ghee
  • 2 thin slices Shiitake mushroom
  • 2 thin slices Oyster mushroom
  • 4-5 small Brown Beech mushrooms
  • A generous drizzle of Yellowbird Garlic Shiitake Hot Sauce
  • Sprouts of choice, for garnish

Instructions:
