Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Yellowbird Blue Agave Sriracha
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Carefully slice cucumber on a mandolin and transfer to a deli container.
- Add remaining ingredients to deli container.
- Place lid on the deli container and shake until ingredients are well combined and all cucumber slices are covered.
- If you’re feeling patient, allow to marinate 'n chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
- Ready to eat? Drizzle extra Sriracha for extra flavor.
