Strawberry Ginger Ricotta Toast

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 1 slice thick-cut sourdough, toasted
  • 1/8 cup ricotta (or cottage cheese)
  • 2-3 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tsp Yellowbird Strawberry Ginger Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp honey 

Instructions:

  1. Toast sourdough to desired crispiness.
  2. Let toast cool slightly, then spread with ricotta.
