Ingredients:
FOR THE WINGS
- 1 ½ Lbs. Chicken Wings
- Garlic Powder To Taste
- Salt + Pepper To Taste
- 1 Lemon, Zested
- 4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 6 Celery Stalks
FOR THE SAUCE
- 1/3 C. Organic Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Ghee, Melted
Instructions:
FOR THE WINGS
- Pat wings dry and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides. Cook in the air fryer for 25 minutes at 375˚F, flipping once.
- Remove wings, toss in ghost pepper-ghee mixture, then place back in the fryer and finish for 3 minutes at 375˚F for extra crispiness.
- Sprinkle finished wings with lemon zest and minced garlic. Serve with additional sauce to dip and celery!
FOR THE SAUCE
- While the wings cook, mix Yellowbird Organic Ghost Pepper Sauce and melted Ghee together.
